My entire life as a sentient being I have yearned to create. I’ve been drawing since I could hold a crayon and creating worlds as early as my babbling was distinguishable as words. Something has always drawn me to explore the curiosity of alternate realities, quite likely inspired by my father’s incessant fantasy and Sci-fi movies that were playing as a background to my everyday life. As soon as I could string together multisyllabic words, I was off to the races to consume as many types of worlds and characters as possible.

My first creative outlet was drawing, and that soon became a staple personality trait. Along with the graphite eyes in the margins of homework assignments and Pokémon on pop quizzes, I was also out at recess making fairy houses out of mud and leaves and constructing equally stable stories of how the fairies found this land and tilled it ‘til fertile or what-have-you. I no longer feed my fellow third-graders propaganda that our teacher is a witch, hexing our land (disallowing long recess) and instead focus on creating a means of expression for my experiences and for others to understand and relate to. As soon as I learned about TTRPGs, in late elementary school, becoming a Dungeon Master gave me the opportunity to share my worlds with others.
